Read, "The Quantum World, Quantum Physics for Everyone" by Kennith Ford
I first heard of Quantum Physics from a guy a worked with (in a childcare center, of all places) my freshman year of college. Since then, I've read a few things here and there on the Internet and had the best intentions to read a few books. This year (well, this 1001 days!), I'll finally read one. I've heard this is the best beginning book on QP for non-scientific types. Which is me.
