74 - Stop Eating after 7:30 pm

Stop eating after 7:30 pm again - start with 30 straight days to get in the habit (0/30)

For a few months, I was doing really good at not eating after 7:30 pm. It felt good to not be loaded down with undigested food late in the evening. I was getting back in touch with what it felt like to be hungry (ish), and not just automatically stuffing my face at the first twinge of hunger or boredom, but actually stopping to think first. I relished my breakfasts because I was finally allowed to satiate my hunger! I want and need to get back into this habit. I'll start by doing 30 days straight, which will be sufficient to meet the goal. But I need to stay in the habit after that.
