90 - Move again

Move again - somewhere with a fenced yard and garage or somewhere WARM

While we really love our townhouse, we're planning to move eventually and this will probably happen within the next 3 years. We don't have much of a yard to speak of where we currently are, our cat's not allowed to live with us, and it's still the midwest. I really want the boys to have a yard to play in, and a fenced one would make me feel much safer. I'd also love to move to Seattle or somewhere without 6 months of winter. So I'm hoping when we move we can meet at least one of these two specifications: a fenced yard AND a garage (we only have a garage now), or somewhere warm. If we could get all in one, that would be super!
